Videos Not Showing in Bucket

Downloaded program. Entered access code and secret code, along with bucket name and s3 host.

When i get to the existing videos page there are no files listed.

as far as i know everything has been done right. i am a bit lost because of lack of instructions and lack of personal knowledge when it comes to computers.
