Background not re-sizing

Hi,

I am hoping someone could help me…

I have inherited a WordPress website that had a number of issues and I have been asked to make changes to it. Whilst I have solved all the other issues I am stuck on the final one!

The issue is that the background to a section of the website is not auto re-sizing with the content. The url is:

If you go down the page and click upon the orange ‘Photos’ tab you should see the issue. The background is not re-sizing with the photo that is shown, the photo is pulled in from Instagram using the Simply Instagram plugin.

I have tried a number of different css and no success.

Please could someone help?!
