Online Form from hard copy

Hi Everyone,

I’m in need of a solution for forms.

I currently use gravity forms which are great! However I have a client that requires the entry of the form to be directly onto their already developed hard copy version. Long lasting corporation where forms and their content are concluded by their board and thus, very hard to change, including their layout / format.

Thus, I’m looking for a solution for users to be able to enter their details directly on the, i suppose, ‘image’ of the form. I don’t necessarily need them to be able to sign a signature, more so than type directly on to the form.

Would you know of a way to do this?
