How to Display posts from past 3 days only

Hi,

I’m trying to figure out how I can display posts from Today, Yesterday and the day before so that each day it updates and the posts from today then move into the yesterday’s spot.

If you take a look at https://sc2casts.com this is exactly what I would like to be able to do how they display the posts from 3 separate dates, these are going to be from a custom post type.
