Page loading so slow and cant get into my admin panel maybe CPU problems?

Hello,
Since yesterday my website is very slow, i can open it from my home but takes forever and does not load all of it.
And seems like i cant access the control panel of the wordpress.
I call up my hosting and they told me that they could not do anything about it. That my cpu was very high or something, could be cause by a pluggins? or heavy traffic?
i need help on this please!!
