[Theme: Twentytwelve] footer customization

  • Hello,
    I just need a help for a piece of code.
    I’d like to add in the footer of my site “Privacy policy”, if possible in the center, linking to a special page which should not appear in the main navigation menu.
    If possible too I’d be glad not to remove the famous sentence “Proudly Powered by WordPress”.
    I already have a child theme and know how to add a copy of footer.php in it.
    But then?
