Media library problem

  • Hello guys,
    I have a media library problem.
    I moved to my website to different host. I used WordPress importer and WordPress exporter plugins.
    And I used FTP Client programm for move media library.
    My new host is OK.
    root/WP-Content/Uploads/2012 and root/WP-Content/Uploads/2013 folders has many images.
    But these images don’t displayed in WP Admin’s Media library, all my posts hasn’t featured images.
    So I installed Regenerate thumbnail plugins, But these plugins don’t working because my admin’s Media library has no files.
    I don’t undestand it.
    Pls help me
