Exclude taxonomy from list of posts

    Hi there,

    A little problem. I want to exclude posts from the taxonomy slider-post. So i made this query:

    ‘query_posts( array(‘post_type’ => ‘post’, ‘tax-query’ => array(array(‘taxonomy’ => ‘people’, ‘terms’ => ‘netherlands’, ‘operator’ => ‘NOT IN’)),’posts_per_page’ => $number_of_items) );’

    It doesn’t work, so i made an error somewhere. Can someone see the error?

    Try it with the field argument:

    query_posts( array( 'post_type' => 'post', 'tax-query' => array( array( 'taxonomy' => 'people', 'field' => 'slug', 'terms' => 'netherlands', 'operator' => 'NOT IN' ) ), 'posts_per_page' => $number_of_items ) );

    Indeed, the ‘field’ was the problem. And the – that had to be _ in tax_query.
