No plugins OR Themes showing

Hi there, i was uploading some new themes to my site through Filezilla and it appers i accidentally dumped my wp- content folder into wp-admin folder which i cant drag back out into its own folder again hence it is not allowing my themes or plugins to work?
any ideas?
