How to REMOVE the DATE, COMMENT TEXT AREA in a PAGE

Are you sure you created a page and not a post? Those sort of statistics should only ever appear on posts.

yes. im sure. i mage another page again, not post but it’s the same thing. there’s still a date, comment thingy.

Open up your templates page.php file and remove any instances of:

<?php the_time(‘F j, Y’) ?>

<?php the_category(‘, ‘) ?>

<?php comments_template(); ?>

Make a backup first though, just in case.
