• I’m hoping someone can help me with the email field on a form I created using Jazzy Forms. When I insert the proper input and email fields, when I test the form, the button to email the results to themselves does not work. I have not messed with or added any extra files – I just downloaded the plugin and updated the CSS.

    Here’s what I’d like to happen, I created a savings calculator on my site (www.bestcardpayments.com). When someone uses this form, I’d like the option for them to be able to send a copy of the results to their email and this would also BCC to myself as well.

    I see others are figuring this out but I’m clueless. Thank you for any input or advice!

  • Hi, just put the element email in your form, and after that you can make the setup.

    you can write emails adresses or write the ID of email of customers between { { } }

    bye

    Emanuele T,

    Thank you for your reply, I’ve tried what you recommend. Here are a few screenshots if you could take a look and help me any further:

    Form Elements: https://screencast.com/t/NXPTVXUFL (you’ll notice I have the highlighted form fields hidden because they are not working properly)

    Email Setup: https://screencast.com/t/mZjolRD8

    Any help is MUCH appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,

    why do you hide it?

    Anyway, to insert a text input, use the normal input “123” icon,
    ID: “email”
    under value>factor wirte : “text”
    Show always (this is the input so must be visible

    The same for ID: “email_results”

    Anyway this input is only the email adress of the customer, than when you set up the email if you want that he receive the results you need a funcion that calulated you results…

    then you set the ID of formula result in the body of the email, and in the field “To” you must write: “email” or “email_results” or both the adresses , between { { } }

    try it…

    Emanuele T,

    I updated my settings to what you suggested. Please check out the form on my website – https://www.bestcardpayments.com (lower left side of page)

    You’ll notice that the “Email Me the Results” button seems to not even work.

    Any other thoughts? I appreciate your help and feedback.
