Lots of old posts vanished from feed ?

    Hi Tint Team

    Yesterday I saw that some of the posts in my feed that I had previously moderated (deleted) had come back – no big problem – I just re-deleted them from the Tint feed.

    But then I realised that many posts seem to be completely missing – I used to have a full page before reaching Xmas-related tweets/posts, but now these are appearing half-way down the page. So it’s not just that old history has been auto-deleted/archived from the feed – many specific posts seem to have disappeared. I’m not sure if this is a Tint issue, or a way that the social media networks (FB/twitter) are limiting the posts.

    Yes you’re right. We had to make some changes to make sure moving forward, everything would be stable. It was either that or a very slow, unoptimized experience moving forward for you and your visitors.

    Hope that is okay– it won’t happen again.

    Sure – no problem.

    Is there a user setting for us to pull the posts back in from Twitter & FB ?
