Changing WordPress Address and URL address

    Hi to all,

    I have never used wordpress before and I installed it using 123reg. I received an e-mail saying that I can visit my site at the following address:

    https://94.136.40.103/~racewaredirect.com

    I did not know why the address started with an IP address so I changed the wordpress address and URL address to: https://www.racewaredirect.com

    However, now I am unable to login at all so I am not too sure what to do? Could someone please advise in how I can get started again?

    My host is 123reg and I would appreciate some help if possible?
