  • Hi,

    I don’t know why but Piwik stopped showing visits. I checked the code of my pages but it doesn’t contain anything related to piwik.
    I checked the plugin and it displays this error:
    Please check URL and auth token. You need at least view access to one site.
    I tried disabling and enabling the plugin, uninstalled and reinstalled it, reset its settings, but with no success.
    Url is correct and Auth token is correct (I get it from Piwik API page)

    What should I do?

    Can you try to run WP-Piwik’s test script?

    – Open WP_PIWK_DIR\debug\testscript_standalone.php
    – Enter your Piwik settings
    – Save & run this script using your browser. Check the results.

    If it does not work, too: Can you try to open a Piwik API URL using your browser directly? (Just take an URL shown by the testscript.)

    Did you change your server configuration?

    – DNS settings
    – SSL settings/certificate
    – Piwik htaccess
    – Piwik domain (-> Piwik trusted domain)

    Can you check your logfiles?
