Edit front end "add event" layout

Hi,

I am using the shortcode {event_form] on a page for front end users to add events. What file do I edit to make changes to the way this looks and some text.

One important thing I want to do is have the “event starts at” to be the current time and not default to 12:00am.

Does anyone know how to do this?
