contact form 7 – separating line in output

Forum,
I am not a programmer, but would like to see if someone could help with the code with Contact Form 7. The output I have on my screen has a small gray line above the form. I have no idea how to remove that line. I don’t see it in the code I write for the form, but not sure where to look in the css file.

I would also like to ask if there is a way to push the form over to the right side of the page.
