Hmm, that definitely shouldn’t be happening, but is likely an issue with bbPress.

Genesis (or this plugin) doesn’t touch the bbPress output, which looks to be the issue here, so I don’t think the plugin would cause this (or even Genesis).

I have several clients running Genesis, bbPress, and this plugin, but have never encountered this issue.

You’re not doing any custom bbPress theming as part of the child theme are you?

First, I would upgrade to bbPress 2.3 which was released last week and contains a whole slew of fixes and tweaks. Secondly, you can upgrade to 0.9.0 of this plugin (which was just released).

See if that fixes the issue. If it doesn’t, which would be really strange, I would temporarily switch you theme to something like TwentyTwelve and see if the issue still persists (as I suspect it would). That would at least clue you in to see if the issue is theme related or bbPress related.

I’m not doing any custom templates with it, but you might have been right that it was a bug in bbPress or something… I’ve updated everything and it seems to be fine now.
