Page Permalink

The Permalink on one or my added pages is missing the Post Name. The page Permalink reads (https://earthlifeproducts.com/ Is should read (https://earthlifeproducts.com/Earthlife/). I tried to delete the page and create a new one, but when I did this it removed my home page info. (https://earthlifeproducts.com) (Home page is https://earthlifeproducts.com).
The added page will not allow edit of permalink information. I have tried to fix by changing the Permalink settings to Default and have the same problem plus mmore problems “404 errors” on three links. I changed the Permalink Setting back to “Name post”. Can anyone suggest how I can edit this Permalink to add the post information? I am new to WordPress and no nothing about code.https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/question-and-answer-forum/
