not working anymore

  • My site jumped form 30mb to 3 GB following upgrade like the previous post and failed to work. I returned to the previous version and now it doesn’t work at all and I get 500 internal server error. I have used this plugin on a number of sites as it has been so reliable so any help to get it working again wold be great. It has been on the site for months with no other plugin conflicts.

  • If you update again to the new plugin and then take a look in your wp-content directory for a folder that ends in -uploads and remove your backups from there.

    You then should go into TOOLS > BACKUPS in the admin area and take a look at the schedules that you’ve got set and ensure that you’ve got any large files excluded from the backup (like other backups). This should bring down the size of your backup.

    If you take a backup of your database every day for the last 10 days and a backup of your entire site weekly for the last 4 weeks then the overall size should be manageable.
