File not send as attachment in email

Hi,

I have make 2 forms using this plugin. One is working fine but with other I am facing problem. Before I quote my issue need to tell that I am using advanced part of the form i.e. custom html, so I have added some fields of my own.

The problem with other form is I am using a file field in the form but when form is submitted email doesn’t have file as attachment.

If someone can help me in this regard?
