Invoices and Delivery Notes Blank on 2.0.1

    Hi,

    Love the plugin, but I am having an issue. Please don’t mark this as resolved until issue is actually resolved. Thanks!

    Issue: When printing delivery note or invoice, it prints blank pages in all browsers from the quick buttons on the order page and in each individual order.
    Also, when getting a preview of the delivery note or invoice in the settings/print tab, it shows a blank page.

    Plugin version: 2.0.1
    OS: Mac OS (10.7.5)
    Browser: Chrome, Safari and Firefox (all up to date)
