• Hi there,

    I recently updated my bbpress forums to the latest plugin version of bbpress. Google updated all my forum pages within a few days with no problem (after the necessary 301 redirects), except that I noticed that my forum’s homepage was left out of the index. After a couple of days of trying to figure out what was going on, I checked my header’s source and found that the “All In One SEO Pack” plugin is displaying a noindex tag for my forum’s homepage:

    <!-- All in One SEO Pack 1.6.15.3 by Michael Torbert of Semper Fi Web Design[306,321] -->
    <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow" />

    I’ve checked the plugin settings and everything seems to be ok, so I’m not sure what I need to change in order to get rid of this so my forum’s homepage gets indexed by google again. Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    I had to uncheck the “use noindex for archives” in order to get rid of the noindex tag for my forum homepage. Is there any other way to do this?
