I like the concept of this plugin. Can I just enter text in the PicTip bubble?

I like the concept of this plugin. Can I just enter text in the PicTip bubble? Do I have an option to add text under a picture?
Can I just enter text? I want a hover bubble like this to add a brief explanation or tip with text and not include a picture. IS this possible?
