Thumbnail Sizes not changing

Hi there Tweetysha,

I am looking for some help please. I am using your plugin, but on a BlueHosts server set up the images and not changing size. I would like 120×70. I have put both Regenerate Thumbnails and Forced Regenerate Thumbnails plugins to get the size of thumbnail I need. But for some unknown reason these plug-ins are not working either. Do you by any chance have any thoughts that you could share with me.
