using custom meta tags

Thanks very much for this plugin

i am running a word press site which is a journal and needed to send data to DOAJ. this plugin works fine, however there is one issue

we are inserting custom metatags to each post on our site however the plugin is taking only the default values. example different authors names etc is set as metatags but this plugin reports only the defalut authors name

any way yo allow this plugin to utilise custom metatags. we are using another plugin called “HIFI” to inject sutom metatags in our header.
