Using a CDN which I have just purged, now website can't display image urls?

Hi There,

I have just purged the CDN cache for the entire website. Now though the website is still requesting images from the CDN which obviously aren’t there anymore. Is this something that I can rectify in W3? If so, how do I ask it to use the proper urls until the cache has the appropriate images?
