    Hi there,

I’ve just installed TML and was playing around with the settings. I think I accidentally clicked a wrong setting because now I, as an admin, am being re-directed to ‘My Profile’ page every time I try to do something in the Dashboard end of WP.
Now I have no way to get back into the back end? The login function doesn’t work on the site either?
I try logging in from https://www.yehangout.com/wp-login.php but it doesn’t recognise me.

Unless I uninstall TML through FTP, which I did, but when I re-install it….it automatically redirects back to the front end ‘My Profile’ page.

    Any help would be fantastic!?

    Thanks,

    Josh

    RESOLVED:

I did a bit of snooping around and got some help from the IRC.

If you are able to uninstall TML, here’s how I did it:

    – Use FTP to delete TML from the plugins folder.
    – Head back into your backend of WP and add a plugin called ‘Clean Options’.
    – IMPORTANT – Back up your site. I’m not liable for anything that goes wrong!
    – Find the options called theme-my-login or similar under the Clean Options tool.
    – Examine them and delete them.
    – Re-install TML and go slow. ??

    Thanks,

    Josh

Deleted everything I had of TML and made a clean install. Ran into this problem after dealing with themed profiles module.

Done as Josh instructed and got it back up.

This time changed just 1 thing for subscribers and the error happened again.

I guess there’s an issue with that module…

Josh can you reopen this or should I make a new thread?

Re-opened. Thanks for your post KOKOStern.

This issue has been addressed in 6.3.6. It will be released shortly.

I updated on one of my sites and its still locking the admin out of the backend.

I fixed my issue. I had used the plugin auto update and was then restricted from the admin so I deleted the plugin and the theme_my_login_themed_profiles key from the database reinstalled TML and all is well.

    Works as it should.

By the way The Ajax feature is Awesome! Love It!
