Simplereach and cloudfront.net

I am using simplereach slide and lately GA shows that many visitors are coming from cloudfront.net?
Then I found this adress in simplereach’s js-code..
Is it real users and why do they come? I see cloudfront is a content service, but what does that have to do with the slide?
Is there any way to deactivate it?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/simplereach-slide/
