    Question.
I’m not using podPress for Podcasting, per se… but because it handles videos like a champ. I can set the video to be 50×50 and it fits on the screen just like I like it. The user can click on the obviously identifiable small video with a circle and and a sideways triangle and whammo… video starts.

I want to use this plugin for Video Tutorials. I’m thinking that I would create one Post per topic and just add all the videos cocnerning that topic, then create a menu that points to that Topic.

However, after I have uploaded the videos… I would like to ‘insert’ the video player pointing to whatever file I want… is there a shortcode?

Is there a shortcode to just insert the player and point to whatever media file I want?

If I can just upload videos to my media and reference the player via shortcode for whatever video I want? That would be perfect…

It dawned on me that I can just add my videos as media and insert into post. It creates a link and the user downloads the video. My videos are all less than 3-5 minutes long so they are not large files.

    Nevermind.

Altho it would be nice to have PodPress have each podcast be a custom type. Then you could dig through them more easily… also categories.
