You would still need access to your existing site to move the content.

Many hosts are currently experiencing problems due to mass attacks. Yours may be one of them. You really do need to continue trying to contact them. There’s not much we can do to help here.

Remove “admin” from your users … and use a tool like Lastpass or something for password storage.

There are many more common WP hosts … Bluehost, Hostgator, etc., just to name a couple, although there are many more, and I’m sure others have their own preferences.

That is highly unlikely to help if this is a host-lockout. The only way to deal with it is to first contact the hosts.
