Registration Not Inputting

  • I was running 3.5 this morning when I randomly started having issues with the registration. I updated to 3.5.1 and I’m still having the issue

    When someone attempts to register on my site

    Even if they put something in the fields they’ll still get a shake error
    “ERROR: Please enter a username.
    ERROR: Please type your e-mail address.
    ERROR: No answer was given to the math question”

    I’ve disabled all my plug-ins and attempted to do this, and still nothing I’ve put a fresh wp-login.php nothing seems to be helping.

    Any suggestions would be great
