Filter Admin Query (restrict_manage_posts)

How would I go about adjusting my Admin table view results using a posts2posts filter? Is that something you’ve already setup in the plugin that I can just enable? Or do you have instructions on how to modify the $query-query_vars in the parse_query hook? Thanks.
