what is best learning management system

    Greeting to all

    This is my first time here and i m new to word press , i m starting a new website that is all about e-learning …
    it should teach courses using videos visible only to subscribers who pay for the course first, then get full ability to download the videos of the course along with its related documents…i wanted to replicate this site (breakingintowallstreet.com) but could not reach its programmer , i wounder what would be the best method to do that task , is there a plug in can do that ? or i have to find a web programmer ?
