login show "page not found" (wp-options)

when i try to go to mysite.com/wordpress/wp-login.php/ i am redirected to a ‘page not found’. i read a solution from christine in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cant-login-to-my-wordpress-page-not-found?replies=13 – to go to cPanel> phpMyAdmin> wp-options and make both ‘siteurl’ and ‘home’ set the same address (mysite.com). However i do not see an option_name ‘home’. do i need to add ‘home’ and, if so, how?
