Comments problems

Hello guys I’m using the Avenue theme in my website: https://www.liban4sports.com
As u can see in every post/article, I made people comment via their facebook, but in the homepage, it’s still “comments off”or “no comment” via every title.. i need to remove these, and i tried all my best and deleted many things but nothing changed.. what should i do?
