Does not work with remote image saves

The plugin works perfectly if you upload images from your local computer, as most people do.

However, we use a remote image save plugin which saves remote images to the local server when a post is saved.

In that scenario, the images are written to the default year/month uploads folder. It does not work when i choose, lets say year/month/day.

I hope you have a fix for this and it is not too troublesome. We really need this plugin. Thanks!
