• According to the instructions – Insert code below the [/body] tag on pages & posts for every page on the word press site.

    Um ? I am totally stupid on how to accomplish this

    I have it insterted in the “footer” but that does’t work correctly;

    My other stats pages show 200 -300 visitors per day – Hitsniffer shows 20 or less.

    Can anyone steer me in the right direction

    I’m using WordPress 3.5 Grundge Theme

    From where did you get your theme?

    I got that theme through some wordpress theme page a couple of years ago.

    I liked it a lot as soon as I saw it. Let me see if I can locate some details for you.

    Just install hitsniffer plugin for WordPress and enter your API code, it will automatically insert the code on every pages.
    Do you use caching plugin? Probably you need to clean cache once you configured this.
    If there is still problem, please reply again with your website URL so I can have a closer look.

    Well well; we have a problem here for sure; I have the plugin installed with the api code. I get 17 visitors per day there abouts.
    -According to my Host (two different stats programs) I get between 450 & 550 visits per day.

    According to pulse maps – I get about 500 visits per day.

    I have no idea why hitsniffer is way off by such a wide margin
