"Plugin file does not exist." Error after 1.0.3 Update

It has come to our attention that after updating to version 1.0.3 you are likely to see the following error:

The plugin send-to-kindle/sendtokindle.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

One of the changes in this update was a minor file reorganization, which unfortunately causes WordPress to think the Send to Kindle plugin has disappeared. The good news is your plugin and all of its settings are still there. Just go to your plugins list and click “Activate” and everything will be working normally again.
