page/2 and so show same posts (extensive search b4 asking)

Hi there.
Well, i searched a lot and tried many different solutions i found in other threads, but my pagination links keep showing same posts every time.

I have a custom post type named ‘noticias’. Because of page/2 showing 404 error on archive-noticias.php i created a page template for it.
Now my code is like this:

And it paginates ok, 3 pages, but everyone shows same 2 posts… I have changed reading settigns to display 2 posts per page, but didn’t work.
Tried several solutions, if anyone could please help me…..
