  • If you more need help setting a custom header let me know. The size they suggest is 950px by 198px.

Thank you for your reply justin,
i did set up my header image using photo shop with the correct suggested size.

i solved it the hard way,,new database ,new site and had to build my site all over again..

but just in case it happens again..
what can i do if the header image dont show and what shows is a blank black header instead..
where do i go or what code i should be looking for?

    Hi arefay

Is a default image displayed normally ?

    ( themes/raindrops/images/headers/wp3.jpg )

Is a preview default image displayed , admin Panel menu ‘header’ ?

    In menu ‘header’ page.
Choose an image from your computer:
select a image and submit after shows your upload images ?

    Thank you.

    Hello Nobita,
    Thank you for your help,
Yes the default and custom headers didn’t show.
The only way I could get the theme to work is to create the site from the beginning
As I wasn’t too far into building it..
But I guess I found the problem in the style sheet,
If this happens got to Myphpadmin and in wp-options search for the site name
It will show you 3 fields the user name ,URL name and the third is the style sheet
Find the site name in the style sheet settings and edit it to match the URL and site name exactly

Worked fine from there ,alternative form the style sheet edit option in the dashboard
Look for the same and change it
But I suggest you do it from the database itself to avoid any conflictions
