That little weird bit in the 'Comments' admin section?

Hey, I was trying out the commenting system in a local installation, and I’ve noticed a little text that pops up under the user details on any new comment (made either as the administrator or an anonymous user), a little link tag surrounding the string: ::1 (check image). It’s not present on the default Mr WordPress coment, though.
The link points to a search request on that string:
localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?s=::1&mode=detailI mean, It doesn’t create any kind of unwanted functionality, but it sort of bugs me out. Any idea of what it is?
