• I had previously edited the class.petition.php (removing the 0 in line 301), and I had troubles downloading the signatures. So I thought that was the cause, and then re-uploaded the original class.petition.php. In doing that I lost half my signatures. Please is there a way to retrieve the missing signatures.

This is so terrible. The edited file was overwritten by the original.

I still have the old signature page open with 1,000+ signatures, but I can’t download the file. But the petition page now only shows 500 signatures total.

    Please help.

I just checked the admin signature list – and the signatures are still there. But when I try to download the csv file, I get this –

Firefox can’t find the file at https://mydomain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=dk_speakup_signatures&action=petition&pid=1&csv=signatures&_wpnonce=a47373af74.

please help, what did I do wrong?

    thank you.

Any help on how to download the CSV files without errors?

Or how to select just the confirmed signatures?

    thanks

    Hi,

I don’t think deleting that 0 would cause the CSV not to download. It may be that another plugin is intercepting the URL that’s used to download the CSV. You might try deactivating any other plugins on your site and try downloading the CSV again. Then you can reactivate the other plugins once that’s done.

If that still isn’t working, you can use PHPMyAdmin (installed by default on most web hosts) to download a CSV of the wp_dk_speakup_signatures table in your database.

On the settings page, under the Admin Display tab you can select to only download opt-in or double opt-in signatures, but there isn’t an option for just downloading just the confirmed signatures.

However, as a workaround, you can download the CSV and sort the spreadsheet on the Confirmed column in your favorite spreadsheet app and then manually select and delete the unconfirmed rows.

thank you for clarifying, I wasn’t sure if I was somehow overlooking the download confirmed signatures only option.
