ITRO WP plugin does not work

    We have tried every permutation possible and cannot get the plugin to work Do you have better documentation? The popup does not show – we have set the theme to static – home page – shown where the popup is to be displayed – added images – tried text – nothing works. How did you get 5 start rating for this plugin – no contact details? Please can you help?

    Hello, we get five star because for most of people it works right and we give FREE support for FREE software.

    ok tried it and got a bit further – it actually showed on the page – but it broke up my theme completely so I cannot use it – pity, because if it worked there would be a lot of good use for it
