Plugins on my site not working. It shows an unexpected error occurred.

    Hi….. in my site when i click to install a new plugin it show me the error like ” An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Try again”
    i really don’t know what happendend to my site… i am using wordpress 3.4.2. anybody can help me…. to resolve this problem…?
