unable to drag/drop widgets

  • Hi all, I’m unable to drag and drop widgets. I’ve tried to disable all plugins but it didn’t work, and I already have “use google libraries” plugin installed.

    What can I do?

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    same problem is with me…. before a few hours it was working perfect but now unable to drag and drop..
