• Since updating Jetpack a little while ago the contact form on my customer’s website has stopped sending emails.
I have three forms one in the widget area on the home page here and two more here and here.
However, ONLY the home page contact form works despite me copying the text from one to the other:
    [contact-form to='[email protected]' subject='CALLBACK REQUEST from the bizniz website'][contact-field label='Name' type='name' required='1'/][contact-field label='Phone' type='text' required='1'/][contact-field label='What time shall we call?' type='select' options='8am-9am,9am-11am,11am-1pm,1pm-3pm,3pm-5pm,5pm-7pm'/][/contact-form]

When I create a new user it sends emails out fine.
I tried using WP-Mail-SMTP but kept getting error 111 from the SMTP Server no matter what settings I tried (the website is hosted with 1and1).
I have other wordpress websites using Jetpack & Contact Form on the same hosted environ and they work fine!

I suspect the update has caused a problem but I just don’t know how to fix it. Can anyone help?!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you go to the Feedbacks menu in your dashboard, and check if the feedbacks are properly recorded there?

If they are, the problem is most likely caused by an issue with your server’s email settings. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to help you with that, but your hosting provider should be able to help.
