Media Library Problem – also Set Featured Image (same problem)

  • Three Examples of the Problem:

    1- Select: Media->Add New and we are no longer presented with the “Drag & Drop” area.

    2 – In the post editing area the “Media Tab” presents an empty box with no media showing.

    3- Also in the post editing area, the “Set Featured Image” link also presents a media box with no media in it.

    This is what I have tried to fix it:

    1 – I disabled every plugin — no change

    2 – I changed to the “Twenty Twelve” theme — also no change

    Is this a known issue?

    Is it WordPress 3.5.1?
