Lots of warning messages and not watermarked

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the plugin and decided to do a trial of uploading an image with the default watermark before attempting anything more adventurous.

I set the following settings:
Watermark type = image
Images sizes = all selected
Images types = all selected

The plugin diagnostics report:

I then tried uploading an image (using the drag and drop option) and get the following errors (the image was uploaded but not watermarked):
