    Thank you for the report. Other Jetpack users have reported similar issues in this thread. We worked on a fix, that will available in the next Jetpack release (ref: r706924-plugins).

    Meanwhile, you should be able to work around the issue by loading just one wp-admin page after upgrading the plugin. This should trigger stats_upgrade_options and solve the issue.
