adsense plugin

  • There was an adsense plugin that allow you to put ads on the front page listing of your posts. I don’t remember what is was? Does anyone remember? I want to have ads on the front page, for example right under the first posts, and maybe the 4th and the 9th on a front page listing the most 10 recent post. I want to have ads on:
    front page post listings
    pages
    the post itself
    archives
    etc….

  • There are lots of ways to accomplish this:

    • Some themes support this natively.
    • There are plugins (lots, actually) that will do this for you.
    • You can create a child theme and add this code to your theme via action hooks.

    I know there are many but there was one that I used before but I don’t remember. Most of the adsense plugins can do ads in pages, posts, etc but there was one that can do the post listings and I can tell it which listing to add an ad as it displays on the front page. How this makes sense. I know I can edit the code but I rather use a plugin.
